After 40 years, people still make the difference
In April we officially celebrated the company's 40th anniversary. We got our start early in 1979 when Paul and Rick founded the company on the idea of developing innovative solutions to streamline the construction process. With that approach, PARIC quickly grew from a small construction company to an industry leader.

Paul and Rick began the business in a small, 1.200 sq. ft. office in the Westport area of St. Louis with the credo of “People Make the Difference.”

Joe McKee has continued to grow the business by staying true to the principles upon which the company was founded. Most importantly, having great people who can develop innovative solutions for our clients.

As part of our celebration, we produced a video to take a look back at where we started and where we plan to go in the years ahead.
